Who We Are

At Schlozman Consulting, we believe the way we support parents, families, and those who serve them has the power to transform both workplaces and lives. Whether we’re guiding a Fortune 500 company, mentoring a therapist, or helping a mom navigate early parenthood, our mission is the same: to make the transition into parenthood more supported, sustainable, and human.

Founded by Erin Schlozman, LCPC, therapist, maternal mental health expert, author, and former corporate management consultant, Schlozman Consulting sits at the unique intersection of business, mental health, and family life. Erin has spent her career building bridges between these worlds:

  • As a therapist, she has supported hundreds of moms through the transition of postpartum identity, anxiety, and work-life transitions.

  • As a consultant, she has advised organizations on parental leave, retention, and benefits strategies that prioritize equity and care.

  • As an educator and mentor, she supports therapists and professionals in evidence-based approaches to champion perinatal and working parents.

  • And as a mom herself, she brings lived experience and a deep understanding of what real families need.

Erin’s Approach

  • Human-Centered: Policies and practices matter, but they only work when they honor the people they serve. We build solutions that respect identity, mental health, and family realities.

  • Evidence-Based: With a background in both maternal mental health and workplace psychology, our work is rooted in research and refined through practice.

  • Strategic & Scalable: From 1:1 coaching to corporate audits, we design support that grows with you—whether you’re an individual, a team, or a national company.

What Erin Stands For

  • Equity: Every parent deserves access to care and support, no matter their background, role, or family structure.

  • Retention Through Care: Companies that prioritize parents don’t just do good—they perform better by keeping talent engaged and invested.

  • Culture Shift: Change happens when businesses, therapists, and families are aligned in valuing care as essential, not optional.

At Schlozman Consulting, we don’t just solve problems—we help reimagine what’s possible when workplaces, clinicians, and parents have the tools and support they need to thrive.
